Appluent has a good understanding of both Conga as well as the needs of companies in a CLM Solution. They were proactive in offering suggestions of enhancements or things that could be done on months we did not have any projects or issues for them to address.

I've worked with Appluent, and Jaime specifically, for over two years. While I’m not sure which project this survey refers to, I can confidently say that every project with Appluent has been a 5-star experience. Our Leadership

Sounderya Raghav

With over 11 years of HR experience, Sounderya has expertise in compensation, talent strategy, policy formulation, and internal communications. She joined Appluent in 2017 and helped expand its India office. She is passionate about creating high-performing teams and enjoys traveling with her daughter.

Jaime Brown

Vice President Operations Jaime started as a Salesforce user in 2012 and transitioned to the technical side, earning multiple Salesforce certifications. Since joining Appluent in 2015, she has specialized in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. As VP of Operations, she ensures project and client success. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and dogs.

Marissa Lambrecht

Operations Team Lead Marissa joined Appluent in 2019 after working as a Salesforce user and admin. She is a certified Salesforce and Conga consultant with a passion for helping clients improve efficiencies. She enjoys team collaboration, competitive volleyball, and working with customers to drive success.

Greg Brown

CEO - Greg accidentally became a Salesforce admin in 2004 while leading a sales team. He saw the platform's potential, transitioned to the technical side, and founded Appluent in 2013. With a background in Computer Science, he has led projects for businesses of all sizes. Greg enjoys spending time with his daughters, watching Philadelphia sports, and music.
